HARI ONE WAY DROP TAXI – Terms of Use
By booking a ride through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Travel Rules
- Kilometers are calculated from actual pickup location.
- AC may not function in hill areas or when vehicle is stationary.
- Bookings operate on calendar day basis (12 AM – 11:59 PM).
- Outstation rides cannot be converted to local trips after return.

Calendar Day Basis: All bookings operate strictly on a calendar-day basis (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM).
If a cab is booked at 3:00 PM on the 14th, the booking will expire at 11:59 PM on the 14th,
and not 24 hours from the pickup time unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
2. Luggage & Seating Capacity
The platform enforces strict limits based on vehicle type.
Exceeding the permitted passenger or luggage capacity may result in
additional charges at the driver's discretion or possible ride cancellation.

3. Payments & Cancellation
- Payment is generally made directly to the driver.
- ₹300 cancellation charge if vehicle has reached pickup location.
- Customer must pay tolls, parking, state taxes & night charges.
4. Delays & Modifications
- Booking changes must be requested at least 10 hours before pickup.
- Waiting charges apply after 15 minutes delay.
5. Liability Disclaimer
HARI ONE WAY DROP TAXI acts only as a vehicle arrangement platform.
We do not own vehicles or employ drivers.
Important: HARI ONE WAY DROP TAXI shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, baggage loss, delay, or damage occurring during the journey. Responsibility lies solely with the driver and passenger.
